HEALING IS PART OF THE ATONEMENT
It is part of that original work He did for us on the cross.
It says, He bore our sickness, He bore our diseases, our pain.
He took that with Him to the Cross. It’s so clear.
2000 year ago…
Acts Ch 10, v 38. God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the HS and power……..healing all who were oppressed with the devil, for God was with Him.
Jesus accurately and properly represented the Father and
HEALED EVEYONE.
1John 3 v 8
Jesus was manifest to destroy the works of the devil
Healing was the work of God.
Sickness was the work of the devil.
In 2000 yrs there has been such a shift,
A large part of the body of Christ believes that God allows sickness
to make us better people.
build character and to teach us lessons.
Testimony – I know of someone who had multiple sclerosis and when Maureen asked them if she wanted prayer, they said they believed God wanted them like that in order to minister to others and to bring her closer to Him.

He wants you whole as He intended for you in the Garden
AS A BORN AGAIN BELIEVER THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS IN YOU…
Romans 8 v 11
And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies.
How can the Spirit of the resurrected Christ live inside of us and not have an effect on our health?
What is it that is shutting off the anointing?
What separates the spirit from the body?
The effect of the spirit on the body has to do entirely with the soul
THERE IS A BRIDGE
The Holy Spirit is wanting to release life into the mortal body, but the soul is in opposition
WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
The body yields to the soul
It’s not just the effect of the Holy Spirit upon me so that I can pray for people and see them healed and delivered
The real interaction is out of FRIENDSHIP –
ITS OUT OF INTIMACY
Its out of GIVING HIM SPACE
God wants to INCREASE HIS PRESENCE not only in this room,
But in THIS TEMPLE as well.
God wants us to LEARN HOW TO INTERACT WITH HIM
UNTIL the Spirit of the resurrected Christ can work
IN AND THROUGH OUR THOUGHT LIFE AND OUR EMOTIONS.
